machine bottom piece falls off was not glue enough. machine came in Asian language when I asked for English. took over 2 weeks to figure out how to change it to English. the best part is that the machine arrived with no laser heads! I cannot use it. I was told they would ship soon and it would take 3-4 days. that was back 4/21. To this date I still have no laser heads, nor can I use a machine that is paid for. The customer service is very delayed and doesn't seem to have a sense of urgency with issues. very disappointing!
